What is YayNay?
YayNay (“Selfie Outfit Checker: YayNay”) is an AI outfit checker for iPhone. Upload a fit pic, tell it whether you’re posting it or going out, and get a YAY, ALMOST or NAY verdict with a fit score, vibe match, viral potential or head-turn factor, a breakdown, quick fixes, caption ideas and hashtags.
Is YayNay free? What does Premium include?
YayNay is free to download and includes 2 free outfit checks. YayNay Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly, that unlocks unlimited outfit checks and This or That battles, subject to a fair-use daily limit. The app shows the price in your local currency before you buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose YayNay and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore Purchases on YayNay’s paywall or in Settings while signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe. Premium comes back, including after reinstalling or on a new iPhone.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos and results are saved only on your iPhone. When you ask for a check, the photo is resized and sent securely for analysis, then the result comes back to your phone. We don’t store your photos, prompts or results on our servers. YayNay asks for your permission before the first analysis, and you can change it in Settings. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can I check someone else’s outfit?
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it. Never upload photos of children; YayNay declines them. Nudity and other inappropriate content aren’t allowed.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in YayNay and choose “Delete account & data”. This erases your profile, fit diary, photos and settings on your device and deletes your anonymous account record on our server. A device marker is kept so free checks aren’t granted twice.
Is the AI always right?
No. YayNay’s verdicts are opinions for fun and inspiration, and they can be wrong. Style is personal, so if you love it, wear it.
Which devices and languages are supported?
YayNay runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later and is available in English, French, German, Spanish and Turkish.
How do refunds work?
Apple processes all payments and refund requests. You can request an eligible refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s policies and your legal rights.
